The Perranporth Summerhouse from our Larchlap range. This chalet-style summerhouse with integral verandah (included in size) is a truly spacious structure. With windows to three sides allowing light to flood in, coupled with the versatile integral verandah, the Larchlap Perranporth offers many relaxation or leisure possibilities... whatever the weather! Fully glazed double doors along with the two fixed and two opening windows, create a light and airy interior. Formed from shiplap tongue and groove clad walls to offer stability and weather-proofing, the Perranporth summerhouse is constructed using a 45 x 28mm 'standard' framing. This apex-roof summerhouse is supplied complete with a 1.78m high x 1.12m wide double door, secured with a key-operated lock. All Perranporth fittings are black antique-style. Other Larchlap key benefits include free basecoat dip-treatment and a 10 year manufacturers anti-rot guarantee. Glazing is 1.5mm safety styrene. Supplied pre-dipped in a primer coat of timber treatment at the factory, which should be refreshed after assembly and annually. Supplied with felt, fixings, styrene and instructions for self-assembly only. |
