Traditional 12' x 12' (3.66 x 3.66m) Traditional Bourton Summerhouse.
The Bourton from the Treetops Traditional range is available in eighteen sizes, from 5' x 8' to 14' x 12', in a choice of three gable widths (fronts) 8', 10' or 12'. Clad with quality Deal Redwood 12mm PAR finished (16mm nominal) tongued and grooved (T&G) shiplap cladding, that enhances both the quality and appearance. Internally, the building benefits from chamfered (rounded) edges upon the corners of the 44 x 27mm framing, in keeping with the high standard of construction throughout. Two fixed windows are fitted to the front as standard. Complete with a part-glazed double door with antique-style fittings, being securable by the provision of a key-operated lock. An optional 2'6"" or 4' deep verandah can be added (2'6"" version shown) to provide extra space for leisure or entertaining. Price includes free UK mainland delivery and a single coat of spirit-based preservative. Self assembly by customer (instructions supplied). |
