This professional perfectly balanced 14cm Cook's Knife is made from one piece Precision Forged Stainless Steel and is finished with a Riveted Handle. Cook's Knives purposely have been ground extra thin for the ultimate cutting performance. Chopping through bones will damage the fine edge.
